Welcome to the Barbecues page, there is nothing like sizzling food on the barbeque in summer so most people cook using the barbecue in summer, you nearly always smell someone cooking using a barbie at the start of summer and this gets us all wanting so flame grilled food.

There are two main types of barbecue that you can buy online which are the charcoal and gas barbecues. The charcoal barbecues are the traditional barbecues that have been used for years and are firm favourites due to the unique taste that they give to your food. Charcoal barbie's are cheap and easy to use, you have to buy the charcoal but this does not cost much and is available from supermarkets and petrol stations all over the UK. The disadvantage with a charcoal BBQ is the smoke and unpredictable nature of the cooking, they do give the smoked, flame grilled flavour that many love but it is also very easy to over-cook using a charcoal BBQ.

The gas barbecues are much more expensive but do offer much better cooking, they do lack the smoked, flame grilled taste though so it all depends on what you want from your BBQ. Gas barbecues use gas bottles that you will have to replace but they last a long time, they are also allot easier to clean than the charcoal barbecues.
